VorstellungsgesprächQuite different to an in person interview. Initial round involved video interviews where I had a total of 7 questions. I could answer at my own pase, schedule for my own availability and for each question I had about 30 seconds prepare before answering. There were also practice questions I could prepare before starting the video reply. Round 2 interviews were conducted with the head of HR, the line manager and an intern. I enjoyed this interview as it focused on my abilities, what I could bring to the company and my personality. 3rd round of interview was with the head of the department and this was quite a short interview also focusing on my passions, what makes me passionate about reinsurance and my alignment with the team. The virtual experience of all the interviews didn't take away from their ability to assess whether I was a suitable candidate for the role.
